The last meeting before the summer holidays was a must again this year, so we were once more guests at Clemens' place. In addition to the 35+ participants in the gymnastics festivals, we were joined by many 55+ gymnasts, resulting in a larger group at Clemens's.
After a first drink, Dani Leu handed us our pétanque balls, and we then played in groups of three for the win. In my game, the three of us older folks played against the younger ones, and because the game was so exciting, I forgot to take any photos (sorry!). Afterwards, Clemens once again showed off his grilling skills and treated us to garlic bread, steaks, and sausages. And the drinks were taken care of too, as Bruno Christen donated the beer in celebration of his 70th birthday. Many thanks to Clemens and Walter for the organization, to Bruno for donating the drinks, and to Thomas, our treasurer, for covering the cost of the food. Happy birthday again to Bruno!
